Located in the east of Lintong District, Xi'an City, the Museum of terracotta warriors and horses is a large burial pit in the mausoleum of Ying Zheng, the first feudal emperor of China. It is a heritage museum built on the original site of the pit. The cemetery covers an area of 2.18 million square meters. Qin Shihuang terracotta warriors, world cultural heritage, one of the eight wonders of the world, national AAAAA tourist attraction, national key cultural relics protection unit. There are three terracotta pits in the museum. Pit No. 1 is a main military formation with chariots and infantry alternating, with a total area of 14260 square meters and 6000 life size terracotta figures. Pit No. two is the essence of the terracotta pits. The area is 6000 square meters, consisting of four units. The four squares are mixed up by chariots, cavalry and crossbows. Pit 3 is the command system of the military array, covering an area of 524 square meters. In December 1987, UNESCO listed the mausoleum of the first emperor of Qin (including the pit of terracotta warriors) on the world cultural heritage list. It is not only a precious cultural wealth for the Chinese people, but also for all mankind.
