Tian'anmen Gate,the capital of the people's Republic of China, is the gate of the Forbidden City of Beijing and the national symbol of China. Facing Tian'anmen Square, monument to the people's heroes, Chairman Mao's memorial hall, Great Hall of the people, and National Museum of China across Chang'an Street, it attracts world attention for its outstanding architectural art and special political status. It is composed of two parts: the city platform and the city tower. There is xumizuo with white marble, with a total height of 34.7 meters. Tiananmen tower is 66 meters long and 37 meters wide. There is a picture of Mao Zedong hanging above the central gate, with large slogans on both sides of it, namely, "long live the people's Republic of China" and "long live the great unity of the people of the world". Tian'anmen city building is a traditional Chinese architecture with double eaves and rest on the top of the mountain, which forms a mixed form of two slope and four slope roofs, so it is called "eight eaves and nine ridges". The total area of the city platform is 4800 square meters, and there is a ladder road of up to 100 levels on both sides of the East and West for the upper and lower city buildings, commonly known as the horse road. The main scenic spots are Jinshui bridge, Huabiao, stone lion in front of Tian'anmen Gate and Tian'anmen Square.
