Qinghai Provincial Museum

Qinghai Provincial Museum is the first large-scale museum with modern functions，covering an area of 17000 square meters. Its overall building adopts the traditional method of axial symmetry, has strong national and local characteristics, and exudes a strong sense of the times. There are permanent exhibitions such as jiangheyuan civilization - Qinghai historical and cultural relics exhibition and Qinghai intangible cultural heritage exhibition, which comprehensively display the long and splendid history and culture and rich and colorful national culture of all ethnic groups in Qinghai from different perspectives. In September 2005, Qinghai Provincial Museum was upgraded to national AAAA tourist attraction, and in January 2017, it was rated as national first level museum by China Museum Association.
